  • Returns of products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.

  • Products that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

  2. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, located in China.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or international postage fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Please note: returns without prior communication or approval may not be processed.

3. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, and its condition has been approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds are processed for the product price only and do not include shipping fees, unless otherwise required by law.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Aurel Boutique is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels once tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • If the wrong shipping address was entered during checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address corrections or order changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

We cannot offer compensation for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
